We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and work with you toward a resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive a defective product
Requests submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
